He was very calm and spent a lot of time talking to me on how to handle
Mr Mello and showed me what to do to control his running out the door
A few days later Mr Mello started agressing again and after a quick call
from Richard Heinz I was able to get Mr Mello back under control

and I stopped after I met Richard. It was like and instant

read all of the books, watched all of the shows, and felt
prepared. Unfortunately, Hopps had other plans. In less
than two weeks of trying to train her, I was at my wit's
end. Hopps's behavior was terrible and I was beginning
to fear she could become dangerous to herself and
others. Thankfully, I found Richard and he turned it all
around. As soon as he walked in the door, I knew he
was the right person for the job. In just one session,
Richard had stopped Hopps's jumping, and had taught
her not to go out the front door. Soon to follow were sit,
stay, come, heel, and bed commands. At times we had
to try a few different training techniques to get it right, but
Richard always did what I was comfortable with and what
was best for Hopps. He never ended a session until we
had completed our objective, and he was always
available by phone and e-mail if I had questions or
concerns. With each session, I could see the change in
Hopps, and in myself. I used to dread taking Hopps for
her walks, but now I can't wait to get out and explore
together. Everywhere we go, people comment on what a

I was like you, researching all dog training sites, skeptical that anyone
could help me with my 2 crazy labs (Hershey and Molly) who already had
3 dog trainers in the past, and all gave up on them (and us) before
training was over. Then I read an article in a local Miami magazine about
this local guy who's known as the "Miami Dog Whisperer" Richard
Heinz, and he seamed like he knew what he was doing.
My wife called and spoke to Mary, who was very helpful, and informative,
you can see she knew what she was talking about and my wife liked her
immedietely.
We had our first evaluation with Richard a few days later and were
impressed right from the moment he walked in at how our two crazy
dogs reacted to him. First of all, they loved him, and were drawn to him,
but all he did was look at them and they waited patiently so he could pet
him and say hello where they usually jump on people knocking them
over. They knew who the Alpha was and Richard was able to transfer
that over to us.
In the very first class, he had us walking them, together, which is a
miracle all on it's own, and heeling properly. No yanking, no hitting, no
yelling, nothing, just simple walking!!!! He is the master, I tell you.
Well, we hired him, of course, and were pleasantly surprised at how
reasonable the price he gave us was.
Every week we could not wait to see Richard and learn something new,
we were always excited at how well our dogs did during the week and
were happy to share it with Richard, who shared our happiness. We
called him a few times to ask him questions and Mary was able to help
us and when she could not, Richard always called back with the right
answers. We are one class away from the end of our program, and
although our dogs are amazing and we have already recommended

My wife called and spoke to Mary, who was very helpful, and informative,
you can see she knew what she was talking about and my wife liked her
immedietely.
We had our first evaluation with Richard a few days later and were
impressed right from the moment he walked in at how our two crazy
dogs reacted to him. First of all, they loved him, and were drawn to him,
but all he did was look at them and they waited patiently so he could pet
him and say hello where they usually jump on people knocking them
over. They knew who the Alpha was and Richard was able to transfer
that over to us.
In the very first class, he had us walking them, together, which is a
miracle all on it's own, and heeling properly. No yanking, no hitting, no
yelling, nothing, just simple walking!!!! He is the master, I tell you.
Well, we hired him, of course, and were pleasantly surprised at how
reasonable the price he gave us was.
Every week we could not wait to see Richard and learn something new,
we were always excited at how well our dogs did during the week and
were happy to share it with Richard, who shared our happiness. We
called him a few times to ask him questions and Mary was able to help
us and when she could not, Richard always called back with the right
answers. We are one class away from the end of our program, and
although our dogs are amazing and we have already recommended
everyone we see with a dog to Richard, we will miss him terribly and
can't believe what a wonderful experience we have had with him and
how much more we are now enjoying our dogs. You should give Richard
a call, and make an appointment, It will be the best desicion you have
ever made, for you and your dogs!

It took me forever to decide to call Richard. I had heard
about him from my friends, from my vet, and I had seen
him on TV, but I still was skeptical since I had had 2
trainers before and neither of them with any kind of
results. One day I was at Whole Foods and what do you
know, I saw Richard's car parked there and I decided
then and there to call his phone. He was in the store and
I met him at the fruits and vegetable section. He was so
nice and down to earth. He talked to me for a while and
gave me some tips on what we could do with our dog. I
made an appointment for that Monday and had him
come to my home to meet my little terror.
5 weeks later my little terror has made a huge
improvement. He is well behaved and acctually listens to
my wife and I. He does not bite our kids any more and he
no longer jumps at anything and everything that comes
throgh the door.
Richard is a true miracle man! I am shocked at what a
difference he made right from the first visit. I never knew
that this was possible. I'm truly a fan of Richard, and his
methods and I now recommend him to everyone I see
with a dog.
He has a gift and my family and I are so greatful to have
been witness to it and to have had him worked with us
and our dogs.
